OUR HISTORY

1982: Haruaki Nakanish established Design Kougei Nakanishi Co., Ltd. in Okayama City.

1984: A new factory building was built in Takewara, Okayama City as a Takashimaya department store’s furniture factory.

1991: Expansion of an office building on the same site.

2000: Started manufacturing of furnishing materials in Beijing, China.

2001: Furniture manufacturing began in Beijing, China.

2002: Established the Japan Nakanishi Furniture Design in Beijing, China.

2013: Furniture manufacturing started in Vietnam.

2014: Established a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

2016: Teruaki Okamoto became the president & CEO.

2020: Changed from a limited company to a joint-stock company and changed its name to FALTO Corporation.
